Flight For Life is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Based at two locations, (McHenry, Illinois & Milwaukee, Wisconsin) our crew is ready to go when needed.
 

Pilots
Minimum of 2000+ hours rotor wing flying
Most have >3500 hours
Commercial and instrument certification

Nurses
Minimum of 5 years experience in ED or ICU
Additional training in advanced procedures
PALS, ACLS, PHTLS (or BTLS), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) and TNS

Paramedics
Minimum of 5 years active duty as a paramedic
ACLS, PHTLS (or BTLS) and PALS

Medical Control
Online medical control

Mechanic
Dedicated to aircraft 365 days a year
Aircraft factory certified
Maintains preventative maintenance schedule
All components inspected, overhauled, or replaced based at specified time limits
