ALS/Critical Care Ground Service
A new ambulance service has landed.
We have a history of pushing medical transport boundaries, and our new Advanced Life Support/Critical Care ambulance service continues that tradition

Flight For Life is offering a one-of-a-kind experience for our healthcare partners. It’s not your typical 60-90-minute meeting. You’ll have the chance to ride in the Flight For Life helicopter or ambulance, meet our passionate team, and get an inside look at our high-tech, lifesaving equipment
Advanced Life Support (ALS)
When it comes to ALS transports, Flight For Life is redefining high quality, reliable care. Our ALS ambulances are always staffed with a critical care nurse, critical care paramedic and EMT driver, because we feel all patients deserve a transport team that has the training and skills needed to treat patients’ changing condition during transport. We bill based on the level of care needed, so this premier level of care comes at no extra cost to the patient.
ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT INCLUDES:
- Cardiac monitoring
- Intravenous therapy
- ACLS medication
- Manual defibrillation/cardioversion
- Endotracheal intubation
- Central venous line
- Cardiac pacing
- Chest decompression
- Surgical airway
- Intraosseous line
We purposely modeled our ground operation after our air medical transport program to provide the highest level of critical care, safety and service. This means:
- A critical care nurse and critical care paramedic are on every transport plus an EMT driver
- Our ambulances are equipped with lifesaving features, including onboard blood
- Healthcare staff receive first-class service from our team and “One Call” dispatch/app
